Sometimes after having 1 or more seizures a day your body doesn't feel like taking in much food/fluids. However it's vital for your healing process to push as much fluids as you can. one thing that helps me get through that part is fruits with lots of water content such as pineapple, watermelon, etc. its not as harsh on my stomach. Even adding some extra electrolytes to your drinks and slowly taking it in throughout the day helps. Eventually you get back to normal.
