Whether it’s personal development, career advancement, or overcoming emotional struggles, trusting the process means accepting that setbacks are part of the journey. This attitude encourages patience and perseverance, reducing stress by focusing on gradual improvements rather than immediate results. The journey may include moments of doubt, fear, and uncertainty, but these feelings do not undermine the overall progress. Instead, they remind us that growth is rarely linear and that setbacks often prepare the ground for future success.
