At a young age, we may have believed that the perfect life is a life full of color, surrounded by many people, and broadly appreciated. We may have run up to expectations, sought connections, and tried to put ourselves in the brightest spots, but over time, the past experiences of happiness and suffering will gradually act like sieves, filtering out all the perturbations and turmoil that our hearts really need.

At some point in life, getting the feeling tied to someone else's story becomes a waste of energy. We become tired of drama, dialogue full of comparisons, or trying to explain ourselves to someone who is not ready to understand. We discover that retreating into our own quiet corner - the corner where we have lived slower, done what we like without competing with anyone - is the most luxurious. Our world may seem smaller in other people's eyes, but it turns out to be the most spacious and safe space for our own hearts.

Turning to work and heading for money is not selfishness or enslavement of objects, but it is the creation of "stability" to buy "comfort" for ourselves and our loved ones. The real world teaches us that on the day of the storm of life, standing up with your shin is the best shield. Keeping your eyes to work quietly is not boring, but pride in seeing your life's foundation grow stronger every day.
# # # Friendships measured with "quality," not "quantity."
The long list of friends may gradually shrink, and we no longer regret it, we learn to let go of toxic relationships or superficial considerate people, because at this age we do not need hundreds of acquaintances, we only ask for a handful...A few real friends, a family, or someone who is ready to listen, sit quietly, be friends on a downbeat day, and laugh with us on small things without a mask. This sincere friendship, although small, fills a huge heart.

เมื่อผมได้อ่านเรื่องราวเกี่ยวกับความเรียบง่ายและความสุขใจในบทความนี้ ผมรู้สึกว่ามันสะท้อนประสบการณ์ชีวิตในหลายๆ ช่วงเวลาของผมเองอย่างมาก ในหลายปีที่ผ่านมา ผมเคยเผชิญกับความวุ่นวายรอบตัว ทั้งจากการทำงานและความสัมพันธ์ที่ซับซ้อน จนบางครั้งรู้สึกเหมือนจมดิ่งอยู่ในความวุ่นวายที่ไม่มีที่สิ้นสุด จนได้เรียนรู้ว่าการเรียนรู้ที่จะปล่อยวางและลดความซับซ้อนของชีวิต ไม่ได้หมายความว่าเราละทิ้งความสุข แต่เป็นการเปิดโอกาสให้เราค้นพบ "โลกที่เล็กแต่ปลอดภัย" อย่างแท้จริง ผมเองเริ่มตัดสินใจโฟกัสกับสิ่งที่ทำให้มีความสุขจริงๆ เช่น งานที่ทำแล้วรู้สึกภูมิใจและช่วยสร้างความมั่นคงให้ชีวิตมากขึ้น มากกว่าการวิ่งตามเป้าหมายที่ถูกตั้งมาตามสังคม นอกจากนี้ ยังเลือกที่จะเก็บรักษามิตรภาพที่มีความจริงใจและคุณภาพแทนปริมาณ คนที่พร้อมจะรับฟังและเป็นเพื่อนในวันที่เหนื่อยล้า นี่แหละคือสิ่งที่เติมเต็มหัวใจได้อย่างแท้จริง คำว่า "ความเรียบง่าย" จึงไม่ใช่แค่คำพูดแต่คือการตกตะกอนของวุฒิภาวะที่ทำให้เรารู้คุณค่าของเวลาที่จำกัด และพลังงานชีวิตที่ต้องเลือกใช้อย่างคุ้มค่า ทุกวันนี้เวลาที่ผมได้หยุดพัก และตั้งใจทำงานตามเป้าหมายของตัวเอง พร้อมกับใช้ชีวิตที่ใกล้ชิดกับคนรักและเพื่อนแท้ ผมก็ได้สัมผัสความสุขแบบเรียบง่ายที่ยั่งยืนและสงบใจจริงๆ ในความวุ่นวายและความฉาบฉวยของโลกใบนี้ ความเรียบง่ายเป็นเหมือนคติชีวิตที่ช่วยกรองเอาสิ่งไม่จำเป็นออกไป แล้วโฟกัสที่สิ่งที่เติมเต็มหัวใจให้สุขอย่างแท้จริงนี่คือบทเรียนที่ผมอยากแบ่งปันกับผู้อ่านทุกคน
