Following my 80/20 healthy eating and can’t wait to meal prep tomorrow! 🥙

My self development book I’m reading is called: 13 Things Mentally Strong People Don’t Do 📚

I’m taking this challenge with grace, one day at a time. But all in all, I’m slowly becoming the person I should’ve been a long time ago 💞

Based on the 10 rules I'm following, it includes essential elements like daily exercise, aiming for at least 10,000 steps, reading self-development books, sticking to an 80/20 healthy eating plan, ensuring adequate water intake, limiting alcohol, taking daily progress pictures, and even daily cleaning to maintain a tidy environment. It's a holistic approach to self-improvement that touches every aspect of your well-being! Getting those 10,000 steps in daily can seem daunting, especially if you're working or have a busy schedule. But trust me, it's totally achievable and makes a massive difference! I often break it down throughout the day. A brisk 30-minute walk can easily get you a few thousand steps, and if you combine that with a power walk workout (like my Peloton sessions!) and just moving around during your daily routine, those steps add up surprisingly fast. Think about walking during phone calls, taking the stairs, or even a short walk after dinner. It's amazing how much more energized I feel just by prioritizing this daily movement. It’s not just about burning calories; it’s about improving circulation, boosting your mood, and getting some fresh air, making it a fantastic daily walking workout for a healthy lifestyle. Creating a healthy lifestyle schedule is absolutely key to success. For me, that means planning my day to incorporate my exercise. Whether it's a spin ride or a power walk, scheduling it like an important appointment helps ensure I actually do it. The 80/20 healthy eating rule has been a game-changer too. It allows for flexibility without completely derailing your efforts. Meal prepping on the weekends ensures I have nutritious options readily available throughout the week, making it easier to stick to my goals and avoid unhealthy temptations. This proactive approach really helps maintain a consistent healthy lifestyle schedule. Beyond the physical, the self-development aspect, like reading a beneficial book daily, is incredibly powerful. It helps cultivate mental resilience, which is just as important as physical strength when you're making big changes. I've found that focusing on one day at a time, and approaching it with grace, makes the whole process less overwhelming. The benefits of consistently engaging in daily exercise and healthy habits truly compound. Beyond the obvious physical changes, I've noticed improved sleep, better concentration, and a more positive outlook. It really shows how much steps a day to be healthy can impact your overall well-being.
