Day 9-11/75 - 75 Day Medium Challenge

Taking it easy the last few days as I’m feeling a bit under the weather, but still staying consistent! 🩵 Focused on low-impact movement with stretching, active recovery, and a walking workouts to keep the body moving and hitting my 10K steps. Resting and fueling my body with good nutrition are the top priorities right now. 🌿

Some days are about pushing, others are about listening to what your body needs. Today, it’s all about balance. ✨
