Reads Tha Brought Me Closer to Spirit

The Heart of the Buddha’s Teachings - Thich Nhat Hanh is my man G! To bring in this the essential teachings of Buddhism into one easy find. He even went over some history of how monks had lost the real meaning of what the Buddha was trying to say. Buddhism is not a religion , but a great teaching.

The Path Of Purpose - I got this book in Etsy from the homie, Asinaabe. He sells dream catchers and it comes in a package with a much of good medicine. It was completely worth. This book talks a lot about the great spirits and how the spirit world is always walking along side us. It’s a good reminder to be intentional and any action you take now can drastically change the future.

Buddha in Redface - The cover looks a little obscure, but the title says it all. It’s a true story of how the author healed his ancestors and the land. We still have much work to do. But this story of the Dreamtime really pushed me to pay attention to my dreams and to take care of my sleep.

The Prophet- You know this book was just a really nice. Poetic and solid advice. I first heard of Kahlil Gibran when I watched the boondocks at like 12/13 years old… I can see why Huey quoted him now lol
