So, I haven’t posted in a while because I got super busy with college. College is fun but the reality is the anxiety has finally set in. I have a test an I am so scared that I am going to fail I had a panic attack. My anxiety is out of control idk what to do. I’m currently suffering and idk why I am sharing but hopefully I’m not alone.

It's important to recognize that you're not alone in facing these struggles; many students experience similar challenges. Effective coping strategies include mindfulness meditation, deep breathing exercises, and scheduling downtime to relax and recharge. Seeking resources such as counseling services on campus can also provide valuable support. Consider connecting with peers who may understand what you're going through; discussing your feelings can alleviate some of the pressure. In addition, managing your study habits can help reduce anxiety related to tests and deadlines. Break down study materials into smaller, manageable tasks and set realistic goals. Remember, prioritizing self-care is essential. Engaging in physical activity, maintaining a balanced diet, and ensuring you get enough sleep can significantly impact your emotional well-being. Embrace the journey of healing and growth, and don't hesitate to reach out for help when needed.

Are you feeling anxious about the exam because of weakness with the material being tested on? Maybe a tutor will help you get more comfortable with the subject and help you become more confident? Study buddy?
