1. Break it into zones: Work on one at a time and start with the easiest. I know you see the room as a whole but try to focus on a section versus the entirety.

2. Use a Timer: Set a 10-minute timer to clean, then 5-minute break.Short sprints help you stay focused without burnout. Race the clock for fun motivation ( I do this a lot)😊

3. Music is Key: Music boosts dopamine and keeps your energy up.

4. Don’t know where something goes? Toss it in a basket to sort later. This keeps you moving and avoids decision fatigue.

5. Made the bed? Cleared the floor? That’s a win.
