1 red bell pepper

1 orange bell pepper

1.5 cups of sweet corn

1/2 red onion

2 jalapeños

1 can rinsed black beans

1 can rinsed pinto beans

1 container feta

1 cup black olives (I don’t use this)

Cilantro (if you like it! I didn’t use it)

Dressing:

Juice of 3 limes

1/2 cup olive oil

1/4 cup white wine vinegar

2-3 tbsp of taco seasoning

Salt + pepper to taste

2-4 tbsp of hot honey

3 tbsp of sugar - if you want the dressing more sweet, add more!

Should stay good in the fridge for about 3 days! Enjoy!
