For me, it's about embracing the process, celebrating small wins, and making it a sustainable part of my lifestyle. One of the biggest game-changers has been setting up my gym essentials. Beyond just a stylish gym bag – which, yes, I totally splurged on a Béis one and love its practicality – it's about what goes inside. Hydration is key, so a trusty water bottle is a non-negotiable. I've also found that having a refreshing drink like Celsius on hand really helps boost my energy for those longer sessions. It’s not just about what you wear, but what fuels you from within. My first few runs have been mostly indoors on the treadmill, which is perfect for building a consistent routine. I've been experimenting with different settings, like the 'LifeFitness SPEED MANUAL HILLS RANDOM' programs, to keep things interesting and challenge myself. It's fascinating how much variety you can get even on a treadmill! My latest run felt amazing: run done! 4:25 Summary & Indoor Run Open Goal TOTAL TIME 0:14:03 TOTAL DISTANCE 1.50M. Seeing those numbers, even for a short distance, is incredibly motivating. It proves that consistency, even in short bursts, truly pays off. Keeping a 'Running Diary A day in my life' has become a crucial part of my routine. It's not just about logging miles; it’s about noting how I felt, what my energy levels were like, and even what music I was listening to. This diary helps me track my progress, understand my body better, and celebrate every small improvement. It’s a personal record of my fitness journey, making each run feel more meaningful. If you're considering joining the running girl era, my biggest advice is to just start. Don't worry about pace or distance initially. Focus on showing up, lacing up your shoes, and moving your body. Find a comfortable pair of sneakers, a playlist that pumps you up, and remember that every single step counts. Consistency over intensity is the mantra here. Some days it’s a quick 15-minute jog, other days you might feel up for a longer session. Listen to your body and enjoy the journey. This era is all about feeling good, building strength, and discovering what your body is capable of.
