I had to check me.

Old habits tried to rise up, and I reacted. But it didn’t sit right in my spirit — especially with my babies watching and having to get that behavior from me.

So I walked back in that room, looked my kids in the eyes, and I apologized.

Not just to teach them right… but to break cycles I once lived in.

This is what accountability looks like.

This is what healing feels like. 🕊️
