ประสบการณ์ส่วนตัวในการปฏิบัติธรรมทำให้ผมเห็นชัดเจนว่า การเข้าใจภาพรวมของการปฏิบัติมักเป็นกุญแจสำคัญในการพัฒนาจิตใจให้ก้าวหน้า แม้จุดเริ่มต้นอาจดูซับซ้อน แต่ถ้าเราถือเหมือนเป็น CEO ของชีวิตตัวเอง จะช่วยให้เรามองเห็นความสำคัญของทุกขั้นตอนอย่างลึกซึ้ง ผมเคยรู้สึกสับสนกับรายละเอียดปลีกย่อยที่มีมากมายในพระไตรปิฎก แต่พอได้ยินวิธีคิดแบบ "มองภาพใหญ่" คือการเปลี่ยนจากมุมมอง "แม่ไก่จิกข้าวเปลือก" ที่มองแค่ใกล้ ๆ เป็น "นกอินทรีย์" ที่มองจากที่สูง ความเข้าใจก็เปลี่ยนไปทันที ซึ่งสิ่งนี้สามารถนำไปใช้ได้กับทุกด้านของการปฏิบัติธรรม ไม่ว่าจะเป็นการสร้างบุญกิริยาวัตถุ 10 การฝึกสมาธิแบบเพ่ง จนถึงการเจริญสติรู้กายใจที่แท้จริง การฝึกเจริญสติแบบรู้สภาพร่างกายและจิตใจที่เกิดขึ้น-ดับไปอย่างต่อเนื่อง เป็นการเดินปัญญาที่ช่วยให้เข้าใจความไม่เที่ยงและสั่งไม่ได้ของสภาวะทั้งปวง พอเรารับรู้ตรงนี้ได้ การเหนี่ยวนำทุกข์และการเสาะหารูปแบบใหม่ ๆ ที่ไม่เป็นประโยชน์ก็น้อยลงไปด้วย สิ่งสำคัญที่สุดคือการไม่หลุดไปเชื่อถือสิ่งที่ปลายนอก เช่น ดูหมอดูหรือเตร็ดเตร่หาคำตอบจากร่างทรง แต่ควรยึดมั่นในสูตรธรรมะจากพระไตรปิฎกและปฏิบัติด้วยใจที่มั่นคง เหมือนที่ผมและคนอื่น ๆ ที่ผ่านประสบการณ์การเปลี่ยนแปลงนี้ยืนยันว่า สูตรนี้ช่วยนำเราสู่การหลุดพ้นและนิพพานได้จริง สุดท้าย สิ่งที่ผมเรียนรู้จากการแบ่งปันนี้คือ เราทุกคนเก่งอยู่แล้ว เพียงแต่ยังไม่ได้รับการอบรมหรือการสอนในทิศทางที่ถูกต้องและเป็นระบบ เมื่อนำสูตรธรรมะนี้ไปใช้ ผสานกับการมองภาพใหญ่เหมือนผู้บริหารระดับสูง รับรองว่าความสุขสงบและนิพพานจะไม่ใช่เรื่องไกลตัวอีกต่อไป
