Looking at the current mind
Present-day mental care is the consciousness or emotion that occurs with the mind in a "sequential" way to the present, which is different from looking at the body as it is present (for example, while it is moving at this second).
The core principles of modern mental viewing are as follows:
* Know when the state is born: The mind is abstract, which is extinguished very quickly. Seeing the mind while it is born is difficult for beginners, so watching the mind is often knowing a state that has just passed, such as "angry and knowing" or "greedy and knowing," which is called the present.
* Outsiders: When any state occurs, mindfulness acts as an observer without joining the mood or trying to force the mind to meet its needs.
* Know naively, do not intervene: Once you know the emotion, if the mind rejoices (likes) or hears badly (dislikes) about it, be conscious of the joy that follows, so that the mind returns to neutrality.
* The heart is a continuum: the word "peace" means a continuation. This training focuses on mindfulness, on constantly changing mental states in daily life, not on hypnosis.
จากประสบการณ์ของผู้ฝึกดูจิตแบบปัจจุบันสันตติ ผมพบว่าเทคนิคนี้ช่วยให้เราไม่จมอยู่กับอารมณ์ในขณะนั้น เช่น เมื่อเกิดความโกรธหรือความโลภ ก็สามารถตั้งสติรับรู้ความรู้สึกนั้นได้อย่างชัดเจนโดยไม่ติดยึดหรือพยายามปรับเปลี่ยนอารมณ์ทันที แต่รู้แล้วปล่อยวาง ทำให้จิตใจสงบและเป็นกลางมากขึ้น สิ่งที่สำคัญคือความต่อเนื่องของการฝึก การรู้ทันสภาวะทางจิตที่เปลี่ยนแปลงไปเรื่อยๆ อย่างสม่ำเสมอในทุกช่วงเวลาของวัน ไม่ว่าจะตอนเดิน ทำงาน หรืออยู่ในกิจกรรมต่างๆ เพราะจิตไม่ได้นิ่งอยู่กับที่ แต่อยู่ในภาวะไหลเวียนตลอดเวลา การเป็นผู้สังเกตการณ์นั้นจึงช่วยสร้างความเข้าใจในตัวเองอย่างลึกซึ้งและละเอียดอ่อน ผมแนะนำให้เริ่มจากการฝึกสังเกตความรู้สึกและความคิดที่เพิ่งเกิดขึ้นใหม่ๆ จากนั้นค่อยพัฒนาการรู้ความรู้สึกนี้เป็นแบบต่อเนื่องเพื่อเข้าใจธรรมชาติของจิตใจอย่างแท้จริง โดยไม่ไปตัดสินหรือพยายามควบคุมสิ่งที่เกิดขึ้น นี่คือกุญแจสำคัญในการสร้างจิตใจที่สงบและมีสมาธิอย่างแท้จริง เทคนิคนี้ยังแตกต่างจากการดูจิตในปัจจุบันขณะตรงที่ไม่ต้องจับจิตในเซกุนด์ทันที แต่เน้นการรับรู้ที่ต่อเนื่องหลังจากสภาวะนั้นเกิดขึ้นแล้ว จึงเหมาะสำหรับผู้เริ่มต้นและช่วยให้เกิดความยืดหยุ่นในการฝึกสมาธิในชีวิตประจำวัน ทั้งนี้ การฝึกดูจิตแบบปัจจุบันสันตติเป็นการปฏิบัติที่นำไปสู่ความเข้าใจและความสงบในจิตใจด้วยการค่อยๆ สัมผัสธรรมชาติที่แท้จริงของจิตอย่างลึกซึ้งและเป็นธรรมชาติ
