I decided to crush up some Honey BBQ pork rinds mixed with panko to make some delicious onion rings as a topping on my burger! 🍔
I added the pork rinds to a food processor and crushed them until fine & added some panko to the mix. I sliced an onion into rings & dredged them in eggs then into the breadcrumb mixture.
Fried them up and added to a burger with pickled jalapeños & BBQ sauce.
