I'm starting to feel helpless idk what to do anymo

I can feel myself breaking .. it is overwhelming to keep being the strong one I lost count on how many days and nights I layed balled up in my bed pray and begging God for break and the only thing I get is heartbreak from all all angles at the end of the day passing of my immediate family to having to disown my extended family family that I thought I can depend on I can't they don't even accept me I feel like never been in a relationship that was actually true I don't know what I did to deserve everything that happened to me and then I have kids and this is not what I wanted to go through and no matter how hard I try I keep getting stuck in the same thing and I'm getting tired.

... Read moreFeeling helpless and overwhelmed is something many people struggle with at some point in their lives. When you're facing heartbreak from every angle—losing immediate family members, severing ties with extended family, and facing rejection—it can feel impossible to move forward. People often try to stay strong for others, but the emotional toll of persistent pain can lead to exhaustion and feelings of isolation. It's important to remember that being strong doesn’t mean you have to carry everything alone. Seeking support, whether through trusted friends, counselors, or support groups, can provide a much-needed outlet and help you process your emotions. When it feels like you’re stuck in the same painful cycle no matter how hard you try, it’s okay to pause and acknowledge these feelings—the tears, the heartbreak, and even the moments of feeling helpless. Having children adds another layer to the challenge. The desire to shield them from pain while managing your own can be overwhelming. Sometimes, sharing age-appropriate honesty with your kids about struggles can also strengthen your bond and foster resilience. Prayer and spiritual reflection, as mentioned, can be a source of comfort. However, if you ever feel your prayers are met with silence or heartbreak, consider complementing your spiritual journey with practical steps—like reaching out to community resources or mental health professionals who understand trauma and loss. Remember that healing isn’t linear, and feeling tired, 'helplerr icck what to do arymere' (helpless, sick, tired, not knowing what to do anymore) is a part of the process. You’re not alone in feeling this way, and there are paths forward that include connection, acceptance, and gradual renewal of hope. Above all, honor your strength—it's evident by your endurance through so much adversity. It's okay to ask for help and lean on others. Sometimes, the bravest thing you can do is to admit you need a break and give yourself permission to heal at your own pace.
