I’ve in a transitional period in my life, nutrition, health and skin! I am focused on my skincare for the next 90 days and I will be sharing my journey here. One because it allows me to write and take photos that I can go back and reflect one. Secondly I feel I as if I’m journaling because I don’t have (M)any followers so it makes it somewhat less embarrassing so I don’t filter myself and progress. I started off with the #aztec clay mask with only 1/8 ACV, spring water, aloe Vera, vitamin E and Jojoba oil to mitigate irritation and detoxify. Then I followed with a homemade #tumericfacemask made with organic turmeric, honey and aloe Vera and let that sit for 30 minutes to restore and hydrate. The Aztec mask can be really drying so this was important! After I used my #redlightmask from Current Body with the green tea serum for 10 minutes. I ended with a hydrating moisturizer cream and eye patches for the night. I’ll take the #skinanalyzer again in a few weeks and let’s see the improvement! For now I’ll take a score of 86 and focus on including the tips of ice cubes and eye cream to focus on the dark circles. I also plan on eliminating sugar and caffeine slowly so I won’t disrupt my skin and create more outbreaks. What are some things I should try?
