✨My Favorite Salad to Celebrate Spring ✨

The warm weather makes me crave fresh salads. It’s currently 83 degrees and I love seeing the fresh colors blossoming in nature.

This is why I made this salad and included fresh ingredients such as spinach, radishes, walnuts, and feta cheese to make it more colorful.

I normally add fresh fruit such as peaches but I couldn’t find them in the store since they aren’t currently in season. But making a vinaigrette using olive oil, peach- Strawberry infused balsamic and a pinch of salt you will get an amazing salad dressing that carries these fresh flavors into your salad. 🥗

The radishes and walnuts add a nice little crunch to this salad as well.
