If it comes to the cafe we're impressed with in Chiang Mai, The Baristro Coffee Roaster has always been on the list.
The favorite thing is the atmosphere by the Ping River 🌿, sitting and sipping coffee, looking at the trees, listening to the sound of the water flowing gently, feeling like a real break from chaos.
The minimalist decoration shop, warm tone, airy, with indoor and outdoor zones, will come to work, read, or just sit and chill, is very suitable.
Another thing to impress is that there are a lot of bakeries, croissants, bagels, scones, muffins, and many snacks, freshly baked, fragrant since walking into the store.
As for the drinks we tried this time, ☕ soft, mellow, 🍵, fragrant matcha, dark, good, not too sweet, 🥐 crispy croissant outside, fragrant butter, 🍠, soft, lilac candy, good, is a weirder and more delicious menu than I thought.
For those who are planning to Chiang Mai and looking for a cafe with a coffee and snacks atmosphere, we think this is another place to miss.

จากประสบการณ์ส่วนตัวที่ไปเยือน The Baristro Coffee Roaster หลายครั้ง ต้องบอกเลยว่าร้านนี้เป็นตัวเลือกอันดับต้น ๆ สำหรับคนที่ชื่นชอบการได้พักผ่อนในบรรยากาศธรรมชาติ พร้อมกับกาแฟและขนมคุณภาพดี ที่นี่ไม่ได้มีแค่บรรยากาศดีเท่านั้น แต่ยังเน้นเรื่องความพิถีพิถันในการเลือกเมล็ดกาแฟคุณภาพสูง เป็น Specialty Coffee ที่คั่วและชงได้นุ่มละมุน เหมาะกับการดื่มในหลากหลายโอกาส นอกจากกาแฟแล้ว เบเกอรี่โฮมเมดยังเป็นจุดเด่นที่ทำให้ติดใจ ที่นี่อบขนมใหม่ทุกวัน ทำให้กลิ่นหอมของครัวซองต์ เบเกิล หรือสโคนลอยมาแตะจมูกตั้งแต่ก้าวแรกที่เข้าไปในร้าน ครัวซองต์กรอบนอกนุ่มใน และขนมมันม่วงเนื้อนุ่มหนึบก็เป็นเมนูที่แนะนำอย่างแรง เพราะนอกจากจะอร่อยแล้วยังมีความแปลกใหม่ไม่ซ้ำใคร ส่วนเรื่องที่นั่งของร้านก็มีให้เลือกทั้งโซน Indoor และ Outdoor ซึ่งโซน Outdoor ริมแม่น้ำปิงนั้นเป็นจุดเด่นที่ทำให้รู้สึกผ่อนคลายอย่างแท้จริง การได้นั่งฟังเสียงน้ำไหลพร้อมชมวิวต้นไม้เขียวขจี มันช่วยลดความเครียดและสร้างความสุขแบบง่าย ๆ ที่หลายคนตามหา ในฐานะคนที่ชอบนั่งทำงานในคาเฟ่บรรยากาศดี The Baristro จึงตอบโจทย์ได้ครบทั้งเรื่องความสงบและสัญญาณอินเทอร์เน็ตที่เสถียร นั่งทำงานได้ยาว ๆ หรือใครจะมานั่งอ่านหนังสือก็เหมาะมาก สุดท้ายถ้าใครมีโอกาสมาเที่ยวเชียงใหม่แล้วกำลังมองหาคาเฟ่ที่ครบทั้งบรรยากาศ กาแฟ และขนม ร้านนี้ก็เป็นตัวเลือกที่ไม่ควรพลาดจริง ๆ
