After Dealing With It for Years, My Heel Pain Is Finally Gone! ✊🏻
This time, I waited a long time before I felt confident saying that my heel pain was gone.🙏🏻
Because I had experienced times before when I thought, “Maybe it’s finally getting better.” But most of the time, it was only temporary. Walking less for a few days would make it feel better, but once I got busy and stood for longer, my heel pain would come right back to remind me.😣
The most frustrating thing about heel pain is that it gives you false hope.
The first step in the morning wasn’t always unbearable every single day, but whenever the pain came, it felt like there was a sharp point inside my heel pressing into me.💥
During the day, walking too much or standing too long would make my heel feel swollen and stiff.
You start calculating how far you have to walk, avoiding long lines, and keeping your slippers next to your bed because you never know when it will come back.😖
I also tried many different things. Soft-soled shoes, insoles, soaking my feet, rolling a tennis ball under my foot, and walking less.
Some methods helped a little at the time, but they never lasted.🙁
The most frustrating part was that even when you were already being careful, the next morning when your foot touched the ground, that same pain would come right back.
It really made me wonder if I was just going to have to live with it forever.❌
I found Huayilang Patch in a heel pain post.
The person said she also used to have heel pain that kept improving and coming back. Later, instead of only changing insoles, she applied this medicated patch directly to the painful area on her heel.✊🏻
When I saw the words “not just temporary relief,” I read that part several times because that was exactly what I wanted.
Later, I went to Amazon and bought two boxes first.✅
Every night after washing my feet, I applied it to the area on my heel that was most likely to hurt and feel swollen.
It’s a medicated patch, not a regular sticker. I don’t understand the exact mechanism, but while wearing it, the painful pressure point that felt like something was pushing inside my heel really did slowly become less intense.‼️
It was also easy to use. I just applied it, and the next day I could walk normally without having to specifically go for physical therapy.💫
On the second day after starting the first box, I was still cautious when getting out of bed.⭐
When my heel touched the ground, there was still some soreness, but there wasn’t that sharp stabbing pain like before.
I didn’t immediately get excited. I just thought to myself: at least today, I wasn’t bothered by it the moment I got up.🍃
After finishing the first box, I no longer had to walk on my toes from my bed to the bathroom in the morning.
During the day, standing while cooking or cleaning didn’t make my heel swell up as quickly.🥰
That was when I started feeling like this time wasn’t just temporary comfort.
After finishing the second box, I continued observing for a while.
Walking longer and standing longer no longer made my heel become stiff and swollen again.🎉
I was still worried it wouldn’t last, so I bought another box and continued using it.
Now some time has passed. My first step in the morning doesn’t hurt, walking doesn’t hurt, and standing for a long time doesn’t hurt either.🤗
This time, it’s truly gone. It’s not just better for a few days before coming back.
If you’re also dealing with recurring heel pain, don’t only focus on shoes and insoles.💕
When that painful spot just won’t go away, it can really become exhausting and frustrating.🙏🏻
