🎉 It has been exactly…..
🎉 It has been exactly one full year since my plantar fasciitis completely got better!!
It has been exactly one full year since my plantar fasciitis completely got better. Now walking, running, and standing for a long time are all no problem, and it hasn't come back once. 🦶
While I have time, I want to share some experience with friends who have been tortured by the same thing! 💪
Mine was especially serious at the time: 😫
When I got out of bed in the morning, the bottom of my foot felt like I was stepping on broken glass.
If I stood for too long, it hurt so much that I didn't dare to put my foot down. I had to tiptoe when going up and down stairs. 🪜
During that time, I tried everything — foot soak packs, massage, sprays, and I also tried acupuncture, moxibustion, and injections. 💸
Besides acupuncture being able to hold it off temporarily, the rest basically didn't work. They treated the symptoms but not the root. 😔
I accidentally came across this Huayilang Pain Relief Patch on Amazon. 🩹
I bought two boxes and, after soaking my feet at night, applied it to the most painful area of my heel. 🌙
After putting this patch on for about ten minutes, the pain obviously eased up. It was especially fast. ⏰
And after applying it, there is a gentle pressure feeling and a warm feeling. One patch can last more than ten hours, and sleeping with it on all night is very comfortable. ☀️
After finishing one box, the sharp pain when getting up in the morning was much lighter. ✅
After two boxes, the heel pain basically disappeared, and I didn't have to tiptoe when going up and down stairs anymore. 🎯
The most important thing is that after it completely got better, it has been one year until now, and it really hasn't hurt once. 💖
Besides using the patch, I also did two things together with it: 📝
I stopped running and jumping rope, and controlled my daily steps within 3,000 steps. 🚶♀️
I did plantar stretches morning and night, flexing my feet and doing calf raises, slowly training the strength of the sole of my foot. 🧘♀️
Living with plantar fasciitis can be incredibly frustrating and painful, especially when conventional treatments only seem to address symptoms temporarily. From personal experience, I found that combining targeted topical treatment with lifestyle adjustments was key to my full recovery. The Huayilang Pain Relief Patch was a game changer for me. What surprised me most was how quickly it eased my intense heel pain—within about ten minutes after application. The patch provided a warm, comforting sensation with gentle pressure that lasted for more than ten hours, allowing me to rest pain-free through the night. This continuous relief helped reduce inflammation deeply rather than just masking pain, which many common treatments fail to do. However, relying solely on the patch wouldn’t have led to lasting results. I made conscious decisions to rest my feet by stopping high-impact exercises like running and jumping rope, and importantly, limiting my daily steps to around 3,000 to avoid aggravation. This measure was crucial during the healing phase to prevent further strain on the plantar fascia. Moreover, incorporating regular plantar fascia stretching and strengthening exercises morning and night significantly improved my foot’s resilience. Stretching the plantar fascia and calves helped increase flexibility and circulation, which supports tissue repair and prevents stiffness. Calf raises gradually strengthened my foot muscles, providing better arch support. For anyone battling plantar fasciitis, I recommend exploring patches like Huayilang for immediate relief while committing to lifestyle changes and exercises that promote foot health. Consistency over months is essential—you won’t see overnight miracles, but persistence will pay off. Lastly, tracking your pain levels daily and adjusting activities accordingly helps you avoid setbacks. Taking care of your feet through proper footwear, avoiding prolonged standing, and doing gentle stretches can support long-term recovery and prevent recurrence. My year-long pain-free journey stands as proof that combining symptom relief with root cause treatment is the most effective approach to conquering plantar fasciitis.
