Don’t just push through heel pain!✊🏻
You can always tell whether your heel pain is really better by that first step in the morning. 💫
Before, the moment my heel touched the floor, it felt like I was being stabbed. Now I can step down normally and walk without pain, and that’s when I finally felt confident saying it was really over.🎉
The first step every morning was what I dreaded most. 😖It felt like there was a hard spot pressing into the bottom of my heel.
It hurt when I got out of bed, and it also hurt when I stood up after sitting for a long time.🌩️ Once I started walking, it would ease up a little, but if I stopped and started walking again, the pain would come right back. 💥
During that time, every time I was about to leave the house, I would wonder if my foot could make it through the day.💫
I tried shoe inserts, soaking my feet, and walking less. They provided temporary relief, but the pain would come back the next day.⭕
Later, I came across a heel pain post on Lemon8. She said her first step in the morning used to hurt badly, and that Huayilang Patch💖 noticeably relieved the pain shortly after she applied it. After reading her post, I bought two boxes on Amazon.🙏🏻
After applying the first patch, the bottom of my heel warmed up quickly, and the sharp, stabbing pain became much lighter almost immediately.💕 I didn’t feel the urge to pull my foot back as much when I stepped down. The next morning, I could still feel it, but I no longer gasped in pain the moment my foot touched the floor.🤗
After the third patch, I no longer had to test the ground with my toes before putting weight on my heel. I could slowly put weight on it with confidence.✅
After finishing the first box, standing up after sitting for a long time became much easier.✨
After using both boxes, I could put my full weight on my heel first thing in the morning, walk without consciously avoiding pressure on it, 💗and that sharp, stabbing pain never came back.🍃
I used to think foot pain wasn't a big deal, but later I realized that when every step hurts, it really wears you down. 🌱Now that I can walk normally again, I'm honestly very grateful.🎉
