What does career success mean to you now?
I used to measure success by very simple things: a “good” job, a stable paycheck, a clear title. The older I get, the more that definition feels incomplete. Now I think about time, energy, and whether my work actually fits the life I want.
It’s strange when your goals change quietly in the background, and you realize you don’t want the same version of success you were chasing five years ago.

Career success to me means stability, flexibility, and peace. Feeling valued, fairly compensated, and having a life outside of work matters more than titles or constant climbing.
