Then, start listing common emotional situations you face – like feeling stressed, angry, sad, lost, or needing wisdom. Next to each situation, write down a relevant Bible verse. You can find many suggestions online, or simply reflect on verses that have personally resonated with you. Once you have your personalized list, print it out! You can keep it tucked into your Bible, taped inside a pantry door, or even laminated and carried in your purse. Having a physical, printable emergency number list makes it so much easier to access when you’re in the thick of things and don't want to scroll through your phone. It's a tangible reminder of God's unwavering support, always there, always ready to comfort.
