✨Present not Perfect - helps me to stay present and not to be impatient.
✨My Life in Lists - I can write to my future and past self. I can add to lists I’ve already created, and reflection of what I’ve already put down.
✨My Journal - this is my safe space to write whatever I’m feeling, either in the moment or the day. Plus get you a journal related to something you like or enjoy. Friends for me!
✨Self-Love workbook for women - it is really good about confronting the good and bad to make you learn to love yourself.
