I love finding ways to move my body, increase my heart rate and stretch before clocking in for the day. I swear it makes all the difference as someone who works at a desk all day. Do you exercise before or after work?? #CapCut #gym #worklife

Not only does it help me maintain a consistent routine—since I’m often too tired after work to hit the gym—but it also clears my mind for the busy day ahead. Morning workouts really do stimulate blood flow to the brain, making it easier to focus and tackle challenging tasks. Additionally, the release of endorphins after exercise is the perfect way to reduce stress and improve mood, which makes the workday far less overwhelming. Stretching and light cardio help ease any muscle stiffness from prolonged sitting and prepare my body and mind to be more productive. Even on days when I only have 15 minutes, I find a quick, energizing workout sets the tone for a successful day. If you struggle with fitting in exercise, consider prioritizing it before work—you’re less likely to skip it, and the benefits last all day long.
