If you're searching for affordable yet authentic Japanese ramen in Chinatown, Uma Haus is definitely a hidden gem worth visiting. Besides the standout Abura Dry Ramen and Salmon Tonkotsu, I found the Suki Yaki Gyu Ramen to be a great choice for those who prefer a saltier, meatier broth—it’s generously loaded with tender beef slices that complement the rich Tonkotsu base beautifully. During my visits, I appreciated the variety of sides available, especially the crispy gyoza priced at $3.90 which pairs perfectly with any ramen bowl. Although I missed trying the signature Tonkotsu ramen due to it being sold out, the quality and flavor of the other dishes convinced me to return soon. Uma Haus’s location inside Chinatown Complex makes it an accessible spot for CBD workers looking for tasty, satisfying meals without breaking the bank. They also offer donburi options on the menu, adding more variety for those who want a rice bowl instead. Payment convenience with CDC adds to its appeal. Overall, Uma Haus impresses not only with budget-friendly pricing but also with flavors typically expected from higher-end ramen shops. It’s a great place for ramen lovers who want flavorful options without spending a fortune. Don't miss trying their $3.90 Abura Dry Ramen and the impressive Salmon Tonkotsu ramen when you stop by!
