🌟We took an overnight bus to KL and we arrived at 5am so we decided to book One Spa to stay there until we can check in !!! BEST DECISION EVER BC what can u do at 5am in KL 🤣🤣🤣
🌟Honestly we spent most of our time sleeping in the cinema room 🤣 cus we were so tired LOL but the facilities were rly v nice as well !! My fav was esp the hot pools and the hot mat in the salt room cus damn shiok 😋
🌟We didn’t get to eat the buffet available during dinner but we ordered from the all day dine in menu! We tried the tomato egg noodle soup, garlic fried rice and some dimsum and it was honestly RLY good. It’s also free flow so u can eat as much as u want, as long as u don’t waste food!
🌟What I rly love was also that it wasn’t crowded (but maybe bc we went on weekday??) I was literally the only one in the pool LOL
🌟they also have other activities such as snooker, storm experience room where u can get the storm experience + karaoke, golf, massage that u can add on !!
🌟Overall I rly enjoyed the experience and the price of $35 IS JUST TOO GOOD !!!
If you're searching for an affordable spa experience in Kuala Lumpur that goes beyond just the usual treatments, this spa is an absolute gem. Beyond the hot pools and serene salt room, they provide huge dressing rooms stocked with skincare essentials like makeup remover, toothbrushes, and even Dyson hairdryers, which made me feel ready for the day after my pampering session. What stood out most was the spacious dining area offering free flow food and drinks. Although we didn't catch the dinner buffet, ordering from their all-day dining menu gave us a delicious taste of local favorites such as tomato egg noodle soup and garlic fried rice. For those interested in unique activities, they have extra options like snooker, a storm experience room with karaoke, and golf, along with various massage add-ons. I also appreciated how uncrowded it was, especially on weekdays, allowing me to fully relax in the pools and steam rooms without interruption. Visiting early in the morning after a late-night bus ride was perfect, turning what could've been uncomfortable downtime into a soothing spa retreat. Overall, if you’re considering a spa day in KL with great value, a buffet, and the chance to unwind for hours, this hidden spa offers exactly that at a fantastic price point.

199RM is $65 SGD/pax. Still cheap but not $35
