The hack you didn’t know you needed

Air Fried bagel hack!!!! I saw someone share this hack and knew I needed to try it immediately!! I turned it into a delicious breakfast sandwich with sausage, avocado, microgreens, & @terrapinridgefarms spicy chipotle! This combo was everything you have to try it 😋 #lemon8partner

Recipe ⬇️⬇️

1. Scoop a plain bagel - I used @westernbagel

2. Scramble 2 eggs with cheese

3. Place bagel in air fryer & pour egg mixture in

4. Cook at 360 for 7-8 minutes until eggs are fully cooked

5. Add your toppings or eat as is! I did two maple sausage links @twrgrassfedbeef , microgreens, 1/2 an avocado, & spicy chipotle sauce @terrapinridgefarms ! 🔥

... Read moreThe air fryer has taken the culinary world by storm, providing a healthier alternative to traditional frying methods while still delivering that crispy texture we all crave. The air fried bagel sandwich not only offers a unique twist on a classic breakfast item but also packs a punch in terms of flavor and nutritional value. This particular hack allows for endless customization, catering to various dietary preferences and flavor profiles. For those looking to keep it vegan, simply substitute the eggs with a tofu scramble and use your favorite plant-based toppings. If you're a fan of spice, adding jalapeños or your favorite hot sauce can elevate the dish even further. Keep in mind that using whole grain or gluten-free bagels can enhance the meal's health benefits. Moreover, this recipe epitomizes simplicity, requiring minimal preparation and cleanup, making it perfect for busy mornings or quick brunch gatherings. Experiment with additional ingredients like spinach or roasted red peppers for extra nutrition and taste. Utilizing an air fryer also reduces cooking time significantly, making it a favorite for those who crave a hearty breakfast without the wait. With a cooking temperature of just 360°F, your breakfast is ready in a matter of minutes, ensuring you start your day off right with a meal that satisfies both your hunger and taste buds.
