We studied Manifest a bit, but we didn't know that much, so we read a book about Manifest. Let us know that Manifest is to make us think and see us the way we want to be, and the instructions in the book to make the Vision Board the way we want to see it. So we made it during the New Year last year and set up the Vision Board on New Year's Day earlier this year.
📍 what we unlocked.
1. The first thing is that our lifestyle does not meet the Vision Board very much, but tries to adjust what we want to see. But now, the other day, we sat and thought about what we have done this year, so we thought, "We went to the province alone," which we secretly looked like how we did it and got together three times, and this time we went to the next week.
2. The second story is work, but it may not be very boom in the first way, but there are still new customers coming, not much. 😂
3. This study is considered to start collecting a lot of credits. The exam is considered to go well to have some subjects to repair, but will try to pass the exam. 🥹
4. The last story is about health, beauty, beauty, health. We still focus on eating the same, but try to control the weight, exercise, not giving more weight because we can't wear pants anymore. 🥲 As for doing beautiful things, we start to try to inject the skin sometimes because we have plans to inject the skin within the next year. Right now, keep money and surgery, we may not have plans to do it yet.
This is a Vision Board that we try to play with and have some success, but some things we really have to do, and most importantly do not want to put so much pressure on ourselves that there is stress. Gradually do it one by one. It's time for everything to be customized. 💝💞✌️
การทำ Vision Board ถือเป็นเครื่องมือช่วยเสริมสร้างแรงบันดาลใจและกระตุ้นการเปลี่ยนแปลงในชีวิตอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ โดยเฉพาะเมื่อแนวคิด Manifesting หรือเรียกง่ายๆ ว่า การดึงดูดสิ่งที่เราปรารถนาโดยการคิดและเห็นภาพชัดเจนของความฝันนั้นๆ ซึ่งตรงกับสิ่งที่ผู้เขียนได้ทดลองทำและเรียนรู้ในปี 2025 หนึ่งในความสำเร็จที่น่าสนใจ คือการเดินทางท่องเที่ยวต่างจังหวัดคนเดียวถึง 3 ครั้ง ซึ่งเป็นการก้าวผ่านข้อจำกัดส่วนตัวและเพิ่มความมั่นใจ อีกทั้งยังแสดงถึงการใช้ชีวิตที่ใกล้เคียงกับเป้าหมายบน Vision Board แม้จะยังไม่สมบูรณ์แบบก็ตาม ในเรื่องงาน แม้ว่าจะไม่ได้เติบโตอย่างรวดเร็ว แต่มีการรักษาฐานลูกค้าเก่าและลูกค้าใหม่อย่างต่อเนื่อง นับเป็นการรักษาความมั่นคงที่ดีและสามารถพัฒนาต่อยอดได้ในอนาคต สำหรับการเรียน ผู้เขียนได้สะสมหน่วยกิตและผ่านการสอบหลายวิชา แม้มีบางวิชาที่ต้องซ่อม แต่ก็แสดงให้เห็นถึงความพยายามไม่ยอมแพ้ การตั้งเป้าหมายเล็กๆ ให้สำเร็จทีละขั้นตอนเป็นหัวใจสำคัญของความก้าวหน้า อีกด้านที่ไม่ควรมองข้ามคือการดูแลสุขภาพและความงาม ซึ่งผู้เขียนเน้นการควบคุมอาหารและออกกำลังกายควบคู่ไปกับการทดลองฉีดผิวเพื่อเสริมความมั่นใจ นอกจากนี้ยังวางแผนเก็บเงินสำหรับดูแลตัวเองในระยะยาว ทั้งหมดนี้สะท้อนให้เห็นว่าการทำ Vision Board ไม่ใช่แค่การตั้งเป้าหมายทางจิตใจเท่านั้น แต่ยังส่งผลให้เกิดการลงมือทำจริงในหลายแง่มุมของชีวิต อย่างไรก็ตาม การตั้งเป้าหมายแต่ละอย่างควรทำด้วยความไม่กดดันตัวเองมากเกินไป เพื่อป้องกันความเครียดและทำให้การเดินทางสู่เป้าหมายนั้นกลายเป็นเรื่องสนุกและมีความสุข ผู้เขียนได้แนะนำให้ค่อยๆ ทำทีละเรื่อง และเชื่อมั่นว่าทุกอย่างจะเกิดขึ้นในเวลาที่เหมาะสม นอกจากนี้ ความสำเร็จอย่างหนึ่งที่เห็นในผล OCR คือ "Congratulations passed my exam" แสดงถึงความสำเร็จในการสอบที่ผู้เขียนภูมิใจ และเรื่องการเงินที่จัดการอย่างมีระบบ ซึ่งรวมถึงยอดเงินที่ใช้ได้ที่ 584,778.17 บาท ถือว่าเป็นภาพรวมของชีวิตที่มีการวางแผนดีและพร้อมสำหรับความสำเร็จในอนาคต การทำ Vision Board ร่วมกับการ Manifest ช่วยให้ผู้ที่ตั้งใจสามารถสร้างภาพลักษณ์ บุคลิก และสิ่งแวดล้อมตามที่ต้องการได้จริง หากใครที่สนใจ การเริ่มต้นจากการเขียนหรือวาดภาพเป้าหมาย รวมถึงแบ่งเป้าหมายใหญ่ออกเป็นเป้าหมายย่อย จะช่วยให้เห็นความก้าวหน้าและกระตุ้นใจให้เดินหน้าต่อไปอย่างมั่นคงได้อย่างแท้จริง
