My art and why I made it

Throughout the past year, I've been immersed in creating art that reflects my passions and interests. One notable piece is a headshot of my first DnD character, Ikaros, which showcases my journey in learning character design. In addition, experimenting with gouache brought new life to a Teifling painting, blending fantasy with my newfound painting skills. The inspiration for another artwork came during an art class where I paid homage to Francisco Goya by incorporating elements from his masterpieces into my own work. This blend of learning and creativity not only helped me develop my style but also deepened my appreciation for the art forms that inspire me. Moreover, I created pieces that depict stories of my DnD characters, such as one representing a character's greatest fear and another reflecting on a vibrant character yet to be played. My aspirations extend to capturing feelings like fear and excitement through imagery, reflecting the narrative depth of my gaming experiences. Art is not just a hobby for me; it’s a way to connect with others who share similar passions. By sharing my work, I hope to inspire fellow artists and gamers alike to express their stories through their own creations.
