TEA HOUSE NYC

📍 Prince Tea House

- 3 different locations in NYC

🫖 They have the tastiest tea selection and various different types. My personal favorite is the "Rose Milk Tea"

🫖 A pot of tea is $10 and you can share with 3 people with each person getting about 2-3 cups of tea.

🫖 Delicious snacks and pastries are also served at fair prices.

Prince Tea House Ktown | Dessert Spot at Fifth Ave
2024/10/1 Edited to

... Read moreHey tea and dessert lovers! I wanted to share a deeper dive into one of my absolute favorite spots in NYC: Prince Tea House. While the original post touched on the basics, there's so much more to explore, especially if you're looking for that perfect blend of delicious treats and a charming atmosphere. First off, let's talk about their incredible crepe cakes. Seriously, if you haven't tried them, you're missing out! My recent visit had me indulging in a slice of the Brown Sugar Boba Crepe Cake. The layers are so delicate, and that caramelized top with the chewy boba pearls? Pure perfection. It’s rich but not overly sweet, making it a fantastic treat for any time of day. I've also had the pleasure of trying their Mango Crepe Cake – topped with fresh mango cubes and a hint of mint, it's a lighter, more refreshing option, especially lovely on a warm day. They truly master the art of the crepe cake here, and it's clear why "Prince Tea House crepe cake" is such a popular search. Beyond these, their menu often features seasonal variations and other delightful pastries that are always worth exploring. And of course, the tea! The selection is genuinely extensive, going way beyond your typical black or green tea. My personal go-to is the Rose Milk Tea, but I've also experimented with their fruit teas and classic oolongs. What I love is that a pot of tea is incredibly generous and perfect for sharing. It’s a fantastic value, especially when you're catching up with friends. While I haven't personally tried a full afternoon tea set here yet, knowing they have such a wide array of delicious bites and teas, I can only imagine how wonderful it would be for a special occasion. It's definitely on my list for my next visit! Beyond the food and drinks, the ambiance at Prince Tea House NYC is truly something special. The interior design, with its elegant staircase with a glass railing, beautiful arched doorways, and abundant hanging plants, creates a serene and almost whimsical escape from the city bustle. It's a gorgeous spot for photos, and it really adds to the overall experience, making it a true dessert spot gem. Each of their multiple locations in NYC seems to have its own unique charm while maintaining that signature elegant vibe. I've heard great things about the Ktown location, for example, and it’s on my list to check out next. Whether you're craving a specific boba crepe cake, a soothing pot of tea, or just a beautiful place to unwind, Prince Tea House delivers. It's become one of my essential tea house cake destinations. Trust me, you'll want to add this to your must-visit list!
