A reminder for today 💛
You don’t have to rush your healing.
You don’t have to explain your growth.
You don’t have to arrive all at once.
Becoming takes time.
And that’s okay 🤍🌱
Healing and personal growth are deeply individual processes that can't be rushed. From my own experience, I’ve found that giving myself permission to progress slowly has been incredibly freeing. There were times when I felt pressure to have it all figured out or to share my journey with others prematurely, but this only caused unnecessary stress. One important lesson I learned is that growth doesn’t have a strict timeline — it unfolds naturally when you allow yourself the space and time to evolve. Whether overcoming emotional wounds or achieving new milestones, each step matters even if it doesn’t seem monumental in the moment. Taking time to heal means honoring your feelings without judgment and understanding that setbacks are part of the path. Just as nature takes its course—like plants growing gradually with patience and care—so too does our personal development. Additionally, you don’t always owe an explanation to others for your changes or growth. Keeping your process private if you choose is absolutely valid. What truly matters is that you stay true to yourself and acknowledge your progress quietly or openly when you’re ready. Remember, the phrase "Becoming takes time" is more than a reminder; it’s a compassionate invitation to treat yourself gently, embrace imperfections, and trust in your journey. Healing is not a race, but a nurturing process that strengthens resilience and self-love over time.
