Disney World expands baggage service!

Disney World has made significant advancements in making travel easier for guests. With the recent expansion of airport luggage transfer service to all Value Resorts, travelers can skip direct airport check-in and enjoy a seamless experience. This service is exclusively available for guests flying Southwest Airlines from Orlando International Airport. Here's how it works: Guests can drop off their checked luggage at the resort with the assistance of luggage services, ensuring that their bags are directly transferred to the plane by a third-party service provider. This means that upon arrival at their destination, travelers can simply pick up their luggage at the baggage claim area, enhancing the convenience of their travel. However, it's essential to note that certain guidelines must be followed. For flights departing before 1 PM, bags need to be dropped off by 1 AM the night before. For flights departing after 1 PM, the drop-off must occur at least four hours prior to departure. Participating resorts include well-known options like Disney's All-Star Movies, All-Star Music, All-Star Sports, Art of Animation, and Pop Century Resorts. This makes it a significant benefit for those planning Disney vacations, ensuring an easier and more stress-free departure process.
