Essentials I use to become a clean girl with!

🤍 I use headphones to block out external noise and it helps protect my energy most of the time and I use it for music too

🤍 I also wear outfits that make me feel like ME, feel confident in & comfortable.

🤍 I always keep a drink near me to stay hydrated

🤍 having a diffuser on helps keep my room smelling good while also using scents that help me feel relaxed like lavender & vanilla.
