Candi renews AAPC certification through April 2028 & membership through 2027!
I successfully submitted all my continuing education due last week to renew my Certified Professional Coder certification from AAPC through April 2028 & also renewed my membership through next year! I'm really proud of myself because I pushed through the grief from the loss of my son to accomplish this goal, just like I pushed through the grief from the loss of my father when I was completing my training program. #Motivation #Survival #CopingSkills #GoalsOriented #GrowthMindsetFinger Lakes
Renewing a professional certification like the AAPC Certified Professional Coder (CPC) is a significant achievement that requires dedication and continuous learning. From my experience, maintaining certification through ongoing continuing education not only keeps your knowledge and skills up to date but also demonstrates your commitment to excellence in the medical coding field. Balancing personal hardships—like Candice's journey through grief—with professional responsibilities can be deeply challenging. In my own career, I found that setting clear goals and leaning on community support helped me stay focused during difficult times. The hashtags Candice used, such as #Motivation, #Survival, #CopingSkills, #GoalsOriented, and #GrowthMindset, truly resonate. They highlight the mindset needed to overcome obstacles and keep progressing in your career. Moreover, renewing AAPC membership offers valuable benefits beyond certification; it provides access to resources, networking opportunities, and updates on industry standards that make a real difference in daily coding practice. Personally, I recommend scheduling your continuing education credits early and choosing courses that not only fulfill requirements but also expand your expertise. In summary, whether you’re facing life’s toughest moments or navigating the complexities of medical coding, persistence, continual learning, and a supportive community are key. Candice’s story inspires coders everywhere to keep pushing forward, reminding us all that professional growth and personal healing can go hand in hand.
