Safety, in this sense, does not unlock new possibilities but instead keeps you within a limited comfort zone. It’s important to recognize that survival mode is a state where the focus is on avoiding risk rather than embracing potential. Women are often socialized to play it safe, equating caution with wisdom and maturity. However, this mindset can hinder leadership qualities and block the overflow of creativity and courage that are essential for breakthroughs. The phrase "Safety will never shatter your ceiling—only courage will" perfectly encapsulates the truth that stepping outside your comfort zone is essential to growth and breaking personal barriers. Being 'safe' is not about stagnation but about settling for less than what you were designed to lead and achieve.
