Over the past two weeks I have been running every other day or so and here and some of the things I have learned! 🏃‍♀️The app runna is so helpful in giving you a running plan to where you really do build endurance and don’t get burnt out! 🏃‍♀️Making a playlist and picking out a cute outfit
