I love how nowadays girlies all over are investing in them and really putting in the work to be the best versions of they can be. I honestly wish I would have started my wellness journey at an earlier age but it is never too late. I also am aware that it can get pricey yet there are ways you can totally become a wellness girly and not spend a lot of money. In this post I will share some reasonable starting ways you can become a wellness girly on a budget.

1. Look for healthy easy recipes you can make at home. I love smoothies yet they can be very pricey. A low cost smoothie I make is this coconut banana spinach one. It is very healthy and so yummy you have to try it.

2. If you are not ready to commit or do not have the means for a gym membership, there are still ways you can workout. Jogging is a great workout as well as hiking or doing Pilates at home, the best part is that they are free.

3. A way I love to work on my mental wellness is being alone at a peaceful place like the beach. There is a satisfaction I get at completing things on my own and a boost of confidence. I love to journal and de-stress myself. Try this out and I know you will love it too!
