I used to think love was just an emotion and something that happens in a romantic relationship yet I was so wrong. There are so many ways you can show love to people you love and it’s not juts a feeling it’s a decision a choose and action. Her are ways I have been practicing to show love to my loved ones. This makes me so happy and honestly brings me peace and self awareness. - listening deeply with intention. When I am having a conversation and the other person is sharing something I listen. I actively listen and wait if they want my opinion. At times people want to be heard and not necessarily are seeking an opinion. -Spending time with loved ones is a way you are loving them. Time is precious and the fact that you’re choosing to share it is a testament of your love. Make sure when you spend time with them you are present. Put your phone, other thoughts side. -celebrating my loved ones successes is a beautiful thing. It takes maturity to be selfless and give full attention to someone else. Do not let envy or comparison get in the way.
