how to improve your gut health

If you have been feeling a little off, tired, getting a lot of acne and bloated after eating maybe it’s time to focus on your gut health. Here are ways I would recommend to heals your gut.

- make sure to drink room temperature water before any caffeine in the morning. You want to hydrate yourself before having anything that can dehydrate you.

- Eat high protein meals with a lot of vegetables too. Make sure your meals are colorful, this helps you maintain a balance. Only way carbs that are easy to digest stay away from processed carbs. Take a break on snacks to give your body time to digest between meals.

- When eating meals stay away from distractions and give yourself enough time to eat without rushing. Make sure you’re sitting and have good posture while eating. Don’t be laying down.
