If you’re not being mindful of your vagina health here are ways you can start. I recommend girlies to be more mindful of their female hygiene to avoid any ph levels imbalance or infections.

- you might think washing the inner vaginal area will be beneficial but i wouldn’t recommend douching. Douching can cause infections and isn’t necessary to keep yourself clean down there.

- A major key point to keeping food vagina hygiene is drinking lots of water. When you stay hydrated that are does too allow for the proper lubrication And the ability to wash toxins out.

- Dilute apple cider vinegar to drink. I would recommend no more than a tablespoon in 8 ounces. If it’s your first time try a teaspoon. This helps to avoid any bad odor down there.

I’d also like to add coconut oil! My mom told me to use it daily to prevent yeast infections. I use to get them every so often. I haven’t had one in years because of coconut oil. A little bit morning and night!
