Wellness period musts
There are many things you can do during after and before your period to avoid a crappy period. Periods are inevitable so might as well take care of your body to have a good one. Here are some things I do.
- the week before my period on while I am on it I make an effort to drink lots of water. When I do this I have notice Ana easier flow with less clumps and less period cramps.
- I also eat lots of warm things during my period. I drink teas such as chamomile or ginger tea and have soups too.
- Listen to your body and rest during your period.
