Do these things for 2025

The beginning of a new year is very good place to start to let go of bad habits you have been holding on to. During this time you might be in the mindset of new resolutions so try to fit a couple small habits that will benefit your wellness. Here are some things I will be implementing and letting go of which can help you.

- as silly as this may seem I will letting go of picking my face. This is something I struggle with that yet brings out a lot of insecurities. I really want to let it go off and take better care of my skin and wellness.

- I also want to let go off being on my phone for too long daily. I want to set myself time limits that I am allowed to spend on my phone. - I want to be better at eating Whole Foods and less processed foods. I can do this by making an effort at cooking at home and having less snacks such as chips but more fruits.

By making incremental adjustments in these areas, the new year can indeed herald a fresh start towards a healthier lifestyle.
