Headaches may be a sign of...
Many people don't realize how much their daily posture impacts headache frequency. Based on my experience, spending hours hunched over phones or computers can lead to misaligned neck joints, which irritates nerves and triggers headaches, often felt on one side of the head or near the eyes. If you've ever wondered why headaches occur regularly or feel like pressure is building on the left or right side of your head, considering your neck position is essential. For me, adjusting work ergonomics and limiting screen time significantly reduced the intensity and occurrence of headaches. Additionally, headaches accompanied by neck pain, nausea, or a feeling of dizziness can sometimes mimic migraine symptoms. It's important to differentiate between causes like sinus infections or brainstem headaches and nerve-related headaches from postural issues. I recommend trying gentle neck stretches and chiropractic assessments if headaches persist, especially those felt in the back or upper parts of the head, as these might indicate nerve irritation from misalignment. Sharing this journey, I hope others find relief by paying attention to posture and recognizing these less obvious headache triggers.
