This is a very quick and easy salad for days where you wanna eat healthy and don’t have a lot of time for prep.
For my salad I used:
-arugula
-spinach
-sliced multicolored baby carrots
-sliced avocado
-oven roasted chicken
-trader joe’s crumbled feta
-trader joe’s vegan green goddess dressing
