Starting over on my Fitness journey ✨

I’ve been on and off my fitness and wellness journey this entire year, and although I have noticed some changes in my body, there’s so much more to be done! So here’s what I plan to do differently:

💖 GET IN 10K STEPS

- one week this summer I walked everyday for a week and noticed immediate changes in my body. It works, but I fell off

💖 WEIGHT TRAINING 5 DAYS A WEEK

- this is something I already do but not seeing much fat loss. Weight training burns calories about 2 days after the workout

💖EATING IN A CALORIC DEFICIT

- This is the most important to me and I think what’s been holding me back the most. Diet is the most important part of any fitness and weight loss journey. I love to cook so I will be sharing lots of food content!

💖INCREASING MY PROTEIN INTAKE

- my protein intake is lacking!!! So my plan is to be stricter on my intake and incorporating protein into my favorite snacks where I normally wouldn’t

💖WORKING ON MY SLEEP SCHEDULE

- I usually get about 6-7 hours of sleep and always still feel exhausted when I wake up. I want to test how magnesium could help with my sleep!

*IF YOU HAVE ANY TIPS DONT HESITATE TO GIVE ME ADVICE I WANT TO LEARN*

If you feel inspired to do this with me or want to follow along I’d love to chat and make friends through this! ❤️

For those looking to achieve weight loss and improve overall wellness, it's important to establish realistic and achievable goals. Increasing daily activity, like walking 10,000 steps, has been shown to enhance cardiovascular health and boost metabolism. Additionally, incorporating weight training into your routine can build muscle and support fat loss due to its post-exercise calorie burn effect. Moreover, maintaining a caloric deficit through mindful eating is crucial for anyone serious about weight loss. Since diet plays a significant role, focusing on nutrient-rich foods, such as lean proteins, whole grains, and vegetables, can make a difference. Increasing protein intake can aid muscle recovery and satiety, making it easier to stick to a balanced diet. Don't forget the importance of sleep; insufficient rest can hinder fitness progress. Consider strategies to improve sleep quality, such as establishing a bedtime routine or exploring supplements like magnesium for better rest. For those wanting to connect, sharing tips and experiences can be beneficial on this journey. Whether you are at the beginning stages or looking for ways to revitalize your routine, community support can make all the difference. Let's support one another and make our fitness dreams a reality!
