🌷 Three Types of Hobbies Every Person Should Have

Before turning 30, one of my biggest lessons has been: 👉Find more and more hobbies and little joys for yourself.

When you’re tired, every small source of joy becomes an escape — a soft corner that holds your world together. The more supports you have, the steadier your core becomes.

✨ The ideal balance? Three types of hobbies.

🏃‍♀️ A physical hobby — running, dancing, hiking.

Movement always rewards effort. It builds discipline, willpower, and vitality.

🎨 A hands-on hobby — LEGO, journaling, painting, calligraphy.

Lose yourself in it. Let your brain empty, your emotions flow.

📖 A spiritual hobby — reading, writing, music, film. Art is a mirror; through it, we meet ourselves again.

I don’t really like being 29 — it feels like grasping at the tail of my twenties.

Maybe when 30 truly arrives, clarity will come with it. 🌙

My recharge routine:

walks, reading, sunlight, digital detox, no contact.

“When I am in deep despair, I look at my hands and tell myself:

This is all I have. I’ve never had luck,

but I have hands that can work and learn.

Open, they pray; closed, they hold willpower.”

Every time I read this, my restless heart softens again. 🌿

Gratitude. 💛

I’m doing work I love.

I’m learning what I want to learn.

I have freedom without interference,

and only simple desires — just enough to reach what I love when I tiptoe.

My top 3 Korean dramas of all time — warm, healing, beautifully written:

🎬 Be Melodramatic

“Tears kept inside turn into illness; those that fall, vanish quickly.”

🎬 Reply 1988

“They say God couldn’t be everywhere, so He created mothers.”

🎬 Dear My Friends

“When I was young, I thought I knew everything, and dared to judge my aunts’ seventy years of struggle. I regret that.”

Every year I rewatch them — and every year, they feel new.

🌸Someone may love you completely,

but no one will ever understand you completely.
