Homemade Chicken Salad 🥪
Ingredients:
• Chicken breast
• Garlic powder
• Onion powder
• Paprika
• Green onion, chopped
• Celery, finely chopped
• Pickles, finely chopped
• Mayonnaise
• Dijon mustard
• Salt & pepper
• Lemon juice
Instructions:
1. Boil the chicken and season with garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
2. Cook for 15–20 minutes or until fully cooked.
3. Drain the chicken, then chop it using a chopper or finely shred it.
4. In a bowl, add the chicken, green onion, celery, pickles, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, pepper, and a squeeze of lemon.
5. Mix well and adjust the taste to your preference.
6. Spread on bread. You can toast the bread if you want, but we like it soft.
