Thursday thoughts on self-care for my soul! I invite the people of the world and that means you, yes I’m talking to you! Next Thursday will be January 2 and what are you doing for your soul? Are you making New Year’s resolutions right now? Are you setting goals for yourself and for your business and for your job Goals for your life? Are you having thoughts that are just running wild and negative in your mind now, I want the people of the world to join me in preparing our soul for the next year! It’s about mindset. Where is your mind? Is it up or down
And now, dear brothers and sisters, one final thing. Fix your thoughts on what is true, and honorable, and right, and pure, and lovely, and admirable. Think about things that are excellent and worthy of praise. I say, 2025
Wonderful, wonderful, fortunate you,
This is the year that your dreams come true!
This is the year that your ships come in;
This is the year you find Christ within.
This is the year you are glad to live;
This is the year you have much to give.
This is the year when you know the Truth;
This is the year when you find new youth.
This is the year that brings happiness;
This is the year you will live to bless.
Wonderful, wonderful, fortunate you,
This is the year that your dreams come true!

As we step into a new year, self-care becomes imperative for mental and spiritual well-being. Many individuals consider New Year's resolutions a chance to reflect and address areas of improvement in their lives. Practicing kindness to oneself is an essential part of this process. The phrase 'Be Kind to Yourself Today' serves as a reminder to treat ourselves with compassion. Mindfulness, meditation, and gratitude journaling are powerful tools that can enhance mental clarity and emotional health. Moreover, the concept of setting goals shouldn't feel burdensome. Instead, it should inspire excitement and motivation. When channeling your thoughts towards what is genuinely meaningful to you, you foster a supportive inner dialogue that contributes to positive mental health. Goals can be as simple as taking more time for hobbies, spending time with loved ones, or committing to regular moments of mindfulness. This year, consider how your aspirations align with your personal values. Keeping a balance between ambition and self-kindness ensures that while you strive for success, you also prioritize well-being. Reflect on what joy truly means to you and allow that to guide your resolutions this year. Remember, the journey of self-care is ongoing; it's about progress, not perfection.
