Summertime
This summer, girls ages 8–14 will discover their inner Queen and learn how to lead their soul — mind, will, and emotions — with authority and confidence.
Participating in a summer leadership program designed specifically for girls between 8 and 14 can be a transformative experience. My own niece took part in a similar initiative last year, and I witnessed firsthand how it boosted her self-esteem and communication skills. This program’s focus on training girls to "THINK Like a Queen, SPEAK Like a Queen, LEAD Like a Queen" is not just catchy but foundational. Encouraging young girls to lead their soul — mind, will, and emotions — with confidence equips them to navigate challenges both in and out of school. The emphasis on authority in thought and emotion management is particularly powerful. By learning to control and direct their emotions thoughtfully, girls develop resilience and maturity early on. Such leadership training also strengthens public speaking and decision-making skills, which are crucial in today’s world where confident communication can open many doors. Moreover, summer programs like these often create supportive communities where girls can share experiences and grow together. The sense of belonging and mutual encouragement helps reinforce the lessons learned. For parents, investing in this kind of summer enrichment means setting up their daughters for a future of empowered leadership and personal growth. If you’re considering summer activities that offer more than just fun, this "lead like a queen" program provides a valuable opportunity for young girls to cultivate leadership qualities in a nurturing environment, preparing them to face life with authority and confidence.
